Some minor changes

I've been working on smoothing some things over and updating others. Fuse Bead Sim now has an internal file window, instead of using the Native File Picker. The Color Picker has also been changed and updated to now allow Hex color codes, as well as somewhat smoother color selection.

Both of these were aimed to fix a couple of previous issues - and prepare Fuse Bead Sim for other platforms as well, such as the UWP and potentially Android. As a bonus, the download file size is also smaller now.
